About the Trainer

Hi, I’m Catherine, the trainer behind Learn4Sure. I genuinely enjoy helping people feel more confident using technology, especially those who may feel a little unsure or out of practice. My live online training is friendly, practical, and supportive, with clear step-by-step guidance you can use straight away — whether you’re returning to work, running a small business, or simply want technology to feel less frustrating and more manageable.

I have a strong background in both IT and education, along with many years of experience delivering training in real workplace settings. Over time, I’ve learned that people don’t want technical jargon — they want things explained clearly, calmly, and in a way that makes sense to them. That’s why I focus on the tools people use every day, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Windows, always teaching practical skills that make work and everyday tasks easier.

Learn4Sure is built around a simple belief: everyone can learn technology when it’s explained properly and at the right pace. I keep class sizes small so you never feel rushed or left behind, and there’s always time to ask questions and practise. My aim is for you to leave each session feeling more confident, more capable, and ready to apply what you’ve learned straight away.
