How to Join a Zoom Meeting via Invitation Link
If you have received a Zoom meeting invitation from the host, it will typically appear in your email inbox or calendar.
Open the invitation and select the link provided under “Join Zoom Meeting.”
You will be prompted to either launch the session through the Zoom application or select “Join from your browser” if you prefer not to install the app.
Review and confirm your audio and video settings before proceeding.
Click Join to enter the meeting.
Depending on the host’s configuration, you will either be admitted to the meeting immediately or placed in a waiting room until the host grants access.
