Cancellation Policy

  1. Notice Period & Refunds

    • If you cancel more than 14 calendar days before a scheduled course: full refund less an administration fee of €25.

    • If you cancel between 14 days and 7 days before a scheduled course: 50% of the course fee is refundable.

    • If you cancel less than 7 days before the course or on the day of the course: no refund is available.

  2. Transfers / Substitutions

    • You may transfer your booking to another course date (of equal value) without penalty if notice is given more than 7 days before the original course date.

    • Substitutions (another person attending in your place) are allowed at any time prior to the start of the course, provided we are notified in writing.

  3. No-Shows

    • If you do not attend (“no‐show”) without cancelling, or do not log in / participate in an online session, no refund or credit will be given.

  4. Course Commencement

    • Once a course has started / access to online content has been provided, no refunds or partial refunds will be made.

  5. Cancellation by Learn4Sure

    • If we cancel the course for any reason, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

    • We will notify participants at least 48 hours in advance of any cancellation or rescheduling, when possible.

  6. Exceptional Circumstances

    • In the case of serious illness or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds or transfers beyond the standard policy at our discretion. Documentation may be required.

Terms & Conditions for Learn4Sure Training Courses

  1. Bookings & Confirmation

    • A booking is confirmed when we receive payment in full.

    • Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with course details including date, time, platform (Zoom or online), instructor, and access to materials are given on the day of the course.

  2. Payment Terms

    • Full payment is due at the point of booking the course date for public courses. For private / 1:1 courses, payment terms will be agreed and must be paid in advance.

    • We accept payment by PayPal

  3. Course Changes By Us

    • We reserve the right to change or cancel course dates, content, instructor, or platform due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, instructor illness, etc.).

    • If we cancel a course, you will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled date. We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

  4. Course Materials

    • Course materials (templates, cheat sheets, example files) will be provided in .doc / .xls / similar formats as specified. These materials remain the intellectual property of Learn4Sure.

    • You may use the materials for your own business use but may not distribute or resell them.

  5. Attendance & Access

    • For online courses delivered via Zoom or similar tools, you are responsible for having a suitable device, stable internet connection, and required software.

    • If you miss a session or part of the course, we may be able to provide guidance, but this is not always guaranteed.

  6. Liability Limitations

    • Learn4Sure will use reasonable care and skill to deliver the training, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, profits, or abilities of your business as a result of the training.

    • We are not liable for any indirect losses, loss of business, loss of profits, or other similar losses even if we have been advised of the possibility.

  7. Data Protection

    • We collect and process your personal data (name, email, payment info) for the purpose of managing your booking, delivering the training, and sending follow-up materials. We will do so in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

  8. Governing Law

    • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ireland.
